1922 Bat Girl Car Mascot, Hood Ornament

'Femme-chauve-souris', Bat girl with torches in hands. Very rare mascot by E.Famin, 1922, finished in heavy bronze. Photographed and described in Michel Legrand book 'Mascottes Passion' Plate 19. Also photographed in colour on Page 42, mounted on Mors SS (sans spoupape) torpedo car 1922. This version is the largest and rarest of the two sizes produced and extremely well detailed.
Dimensions : 140mm high.
Condition : Excellent original condition. Signed E.Famin and mounted on wooden display base. Condition commensurate with the age of the piece.
