| Cat on Moon by Etienne Mercier. c.1925. Signed to base. Very rare totally correct variation - as usually the cat sits on lower part of moon - see Michel Legrand book 'Mascottes Automobiles' Plate 775. This beauty is striding above the top front edge of moon. The expressions on the moon and cats face are outstanding. A mascot for the true perfectionist. Unrecorded in any reference book to date. Mounted on fine correct period French radiator cap. |

| Condition : Absolutely first class totally original condition, with wonderful definition and detail. The original 1925 silver plating is bright and crisp. Original mounting stud intact. Absolutely no restoration or problems whatsoever with this outstanding mascot. |
