Devil with hand grasping his throat coming from the flaming fires of hell mascot. This is a most amazing creation by Gelas, signed on base, c.1920. Finished in two tone gilt on bronze highlighted with silver. Photographed and described in Michel Legrand book 'Mascottes Passion' Plate 276. Wooden display base mounting.
