Hispano Suiza flying stork deskpiece by Frederick Bazin. This is a totally original example in fine detail, with correct marble base, signed F.Bazin c.1919. It would be hard to locate a better one. A true classic. All manufacture details are recorded in Michel Legrand's book 'Mascottes Automobiles', on plate 889.

Condition :
The wings are correct and riveted to the body, the silvered bronze finish is superb, and the original green marble base is in excellent condition. The piece is sold as a totally correct c.1919 example, absolutely superb in every detail.
